Founded in 1998, Icecool diamonds was the UK’s first dedicated online diamond jewellery boutique. At the heart of its growth and success is Nina Michaels, who has been with the company since its inception and continues to lead as Manager and Diamond Jewellery Consultant, overseeing every detail with a truly hands-on approach.
Nina brings deep industry expertise to each bespoke commission. She is a graduate of the De Beers Rough Diamond Course, a GIA Diamond Graduate, and a GIA Accredited Jewellery Professional. Her passion lies in helping clients create exceptional bespoke diamond jewellery, combining expert guidance with honesty, care, and a commitment to outstanding quality.
One of the most unique aspects of the Icecool diamonds experience is the transparency of our process. Our team of highly skilled setters and mounters all work within our Hatton Garden workshop, where each piece is meticulously crafted by hand. When clients visit us, they can see the workshop in action—observing their jewellery being worked on by master craftsmen. This open-door approach offers a rare insight into the artistry behind each piece, creating a truly personal and memorable experience.
