Initial
Consultation
During the initial consultation, we will walk you through the design process in detail, discussing your ideas, vision, and budget. You are welcome to visit us at our Hatton Garden workshop to meet in person, or we can begin our discussions over email.

How much does it cost?
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Once a design has been decided on and diamond or gemstone selected, we require a 25% deposit to begin creating your bespoke piece. The final payment is to be made on collection or prior to delivery.
How long does it take?
Bespoke pieces take between 4 – 6 weeks for our in-house craftsman to create, set and finish your bespoke jewel. Once an order is placed, we will inform you of a collection date, and will keep you fully updated throughout.
Can I be involved throughout?
The beauty of a bespoke piece of jewellery is it allows you to be involved every step of the way. Your journey starts with an initial consultation in our Hatton Garden showroom or via phone or email. We will discuss design options, show you a range of diamonds or gemstones to choose from. We will send you images during the making process should you wish, and keep you fully updated from the initial design through to collection.
Can you use something that I already have?
It is always a pleasure to work with your own gems or jewels to help you create a fresh new design and look to any items. They may be gifts, legacies, granny’s treasures, forgotten purchases or simply just out-of-date or tired settings. We are more than happy to help you create your dream jewel.
Can I choose the diamond?
Creating a bespoke diamond engagement ring or piece of jewellery gives you the opportunity to do just this, select your very own diamond or gemstone. With our help we will guide you through the steps of choosing the precise stone for you and with our in-depth knowledge we will ease the stress of making such an important purchase.
